My Name is Rijal Permana. I graduated from Telkom University majoring in Computer Engineering. Currently I work as Web Developer at Neuronworks Indonesia. Mainly I use PHP for Backend, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Vanilla javascript and jQuery for Frontend. For database I use PostgreSQL but have some experiences using Oracle Database too. I worked here as web developer. I was given task to develop MyCX. MyCX is an aplication that Telkom's customer service use as ticketing platform to solve customer problem. Beside MyCX, I also develop application to process new customer IndiHome registration from digital channel named Inbox Agent Digital. In Neuronworks, I use PHP with Zend Framework for Backend, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Vanilla javascript, and jQuery for Frontend. And for database using Oracle and PostgreSQL.

I started work as freelancing with BlackTorrent name. My job usually just to debugging or add one or two features using PHP and javascript. Big project that I worked while using this name is System Information of a School Foundation. The application mainly used for showing news from the Foundation, registration for new student, and for documentation. I made the app with PHP Laravel, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Vanilla javascript, and jquery. I also made digital wedding invitation using React Js for Frontend, Node Js for Backend and PostgreSQL as database.

My job was to connect api to flutter app and control the application behavioral such as button, model, what data to display etc. This company has many portfolios, such as WCF, The Doctor, lahdang and many more. What I did here, create API's in backend for the doctor , integrate payment system to backend and then to flutter app, integrate API with web view, build chat system, integrate google maps and many more.

MyCX is an application that has many functions such as Ticketing, Offering, Assurance, Manage Blacklisted Customer, Unsubscribe Telkom Services, and Customer Profiling.

My job for this application :

Creating module for contacting customer to ensure that their new subscription is running well.

Inbox Agent Digital

Inbox Agent Digital is use to process new customer registration for Telkom Services. The function inside this application is Validation data, tagging location, managing digital channel, API integration and many more.

Digital Wedding Invitation

I created this for my wedding using React Js and Node Js. The basic function of this app just showing content, rsvp, and send message to the couple. There's nothing special right now, but I have a plan to expand this.
